- Elegantscreens system can be installed on almost any types of existing frames, grilles, windows, doors, verandas, balconies, motor homes, boats and caravans. Elegantscreens is suitable for both residential and commercial usage.

- If you are in Klang Valley area, our salesperson will visit you and show you samples and provide recommendations accoding to your budget and needs. We will help in taking all your house windows and doors measurements and give you a price quote accordingly.
- If you are in outstation, we will then forward you to our agent or branch throughout the main cities in Malaysia to provide services to you.
- 6. How long does installation take?
- Our installation will schedule within 7- 14 working days for the insect screens and 14 – 21 working days for security screens (depending on the powdercoat frame colour).
- It usually take about 4 hours to complete a 2 storey link house.
- 7. What colours?
- The standard aluminium frame colour is White powdercoated colour. We also provide other customised powdercoat that will match to your door / window frame colour as well.
- Our standard mesh colour is Black for all fiberglass mesh to stainless steel mesh series.
- 8. Are your products guaranteed?
- Elegantscreens products are conditionally guaranteed for a period of three years from purchase date. Should your product become inoperative through faulty manufacture or parts, upon return to the Elegantscreens factory the company will repair or replace the damaged product. The guarantee expressively excludes damage to insect mesh.
