While our home brand Security Screen is make of thick aluminium profile with Marine grade stainless mesh for not only protection of insect but also the intruder with security features. All our products are specially customise according to your window / door.

3. What does Elegantscreens do for me?

If you are an Elegantscreens user, it gives you complete protection from insects without compromising door & window function. We provide many types of insect screens system and able to meet almost all different design of windows and doors. Our long warranty period ensure that your after sales service is prompt and guaranteed.

4. Where can Elegantscreens be installed?

Elegantscreens system can be installed on almost any types of existing frames. Windows, doors, verandas, balconies, motor homes, boats and caravans. Elegantscreens is suitable for both residential and commercial installations.

5. How to order?

You can call refer to our list of agents in the contact page for our appointed agents nationwide at any time to arrange for the appointment. If you are in Klang Valley, our HQ sales personnel will visit you and show you samples also provide you with the quotation. They will help you in getting all your house windows and doors measurements and give you a price quote according to your need. If you are in outstation, we will then forward you to our agent or branch through out the Main cities in Malaysia to provide services to you.

6. How long does installation take?

The installation appointment normally within 7 working days for the insect screens and 10 - 14 working days for the security screens, It usually take about 4 hours to complete a 2 storey link house.

7. What colours?

The standard aluminium frame colours are White powder coated and Textured Black powder coated frame. If your window/ door frame requires other powdercoated colour , please ask our sales representative for availability and details. Plastic / bracket accessories are supplied in Black or White. The Standard Mesh colour is Black.

8. Are your products guaranteed?

Elegantscreens products are conditionally guaranteed for a period of three years from purchase date. Should your product become inoperative through faulty manufacture or parts, upon return to the Elegantscreens factory the company will repair or replace the damaged product. The guarantee expressively excludes damage to insect mesh.
